我最近養成了一個睡眠前的習慣.會讀聖經一個章節.很短..不過.卻很剛好.

每一個類型的神都很好.只要勸大家得動的就是好神..好神大家都有一個.會觸人心旋的就是適合自己的宗教吧.. 沒想到,會是曾最討厭的聖經再次進入我的心房.心情又變得跟當時一樣.

這個很容易有錯誤價值觀的世界我開始硬逼學會提醒我自己記得要平和.要有耐性.要堅持.

保持清醒分辨是非. 分辨自己看到的遠處是不是最遠.人生好多習題.總是要很冷靜才會進步一點點.

有時感到非常的沮喪當我看見自己沒有進步.有時會失去力量.要不斷專注自己有時好累..

但有一個時刻讓我感到好的情緒化.當有時跟狗相處時, 因為一本書上的一句話."要快樂就要對人世間一切事物當作最後一天來對待"...我就會想到.. 如果牠死了怎麼辦.這種情誼.有點讓人感到害怕..所以, 每晚.我都會緊緊抱住牠一次.牠也喜歡.

抱完後..我會跟牠繼續玩互踢.或者牠的球球或bone bone.

我從不知道如此愛上另外一種動物的感受.會是這麼深.每次抱牠一下..就得到一種無法言諭的快樂.

愛動物的朋友..就,真的會很愛動物!

牠最近變得很聰明,什麼牠都懂.. 有一次,我終於知道我在牠心目中重要性,

當我離開香港太久時.牠將牠尾巴的毛全都咬光光..看了很心痛.我想真正的父母親心痛的感受大概一樣的吧..

牠最近開始學會欺負其牠的狗.唉..希望牠能開心. 該好好反省自己本輪/牠主人的偶們.

這句成語,我認為很經典.

若要人不知,除非己莫為.

但是有個故事,我認為更經典..

{ 莊子．天地 } 裡有「大心」的概念，非常撼動人心。

這裡想談的是如何以「大心」來面對誤會。
誤會造成意想不到的結果：誤會會帶出人們最好的一面，也會帶出人們最醜的一面。誤會並不完全是壞事。誤會也可以造就好事。中國成語「弄巧成拙」，意思是刻意造就的好事反而搞砸了；同樣的道理，砸了的事情很可能最後變成好事，哪裡開始無所謂，哪裡結束才重要。況且經由誤會過程而雙方澄清，往往比正常的溝通更增進了彼此的瞭解。

愛情裡的誤會很嚴重，輕則吵架，重則分手。有句話說，愛是不必說抱歉的。我認為完全相反，只有當我們有能力說對不起時，那表示我們真正懂得尊重對方，我們才有資格去愛人。

有一種人被人誤會之後完全不辯正，不解釋，抱著「藉由誤會，原先認識我的人可以更認識我，原先誤解我的人正好拿來攻擊我。」的心態。

為什麼不辯正，不解釋？因為這是一種表達憤怒最優美、最幽雅的方式。

一般人被誤會，會跳腳、會著急、會解釋、會澄清、會辯白、會這個、會那個，彷彿全天下自己最冤枉、最委屈。

令人厭惡的人或物總是一開始就令人厭惡，只會越來越被人輕蔑。其中，無聲的輕蔑是最高層級的輕蔑、是最具殺傷力的輕蔑。

不辯正，不解釋，誤會就誤會，保持無聲。不辯正，不解釋，因為這是一種提升自我境界最好的方法；也是一種自我測量深度最好的量尺。

別忘了，人生還有很多事要做，千萬不要浪費時間。

這兩天看到電視上討論著世界末日.. 不在乎是否信或不信..電視上的b藝人或者心理學家幾乎大多都秉持相信.

大多表現的,有點恐懼..會常想到.藝人與學者互開個玩笑..安慰自己又忘了剛才會擔心世界將毀滅的恐懼感.....

我也是其中之一..平均4個月會想到一次..氣候轉變,忽冷忽熱時會想到..

世界如果真在2012消失.. 如果只剩下兩年的生命..
